Location: Muqdisho 

Position Overview:

We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Senior Administration and Safety Officer, reporting to the HR & Administration Manager. This position, based in Mogadishu, offers a one-year contract with the possibility of renewal. 

Responsibilities:

- Administer various functions within the Mogadishu office, including facilitating travel arrangements, organizing meetings, and documenting minutes of staff meetings.

- Manage monthly office bills such as rent, utilities, and staff-related expenses.

- Coordinate staff visa applications and arrange transport/escort services for visitors.

- Maintain an updated administrative filing system and oversee office stationery usage records. 

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience with INGOs.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing workload, and handling sensitive situations.

- Excellent computer skills, especially in spreadsheets.
